Neon Levels

| 1 and 2 (beginners) | 2 hours per week | Min age 5, no max age |
| 3 and 4 (intermediate) | 4 hours per week | Min age 5, no max age |
| 5 and 6 (advanced) | 6 hours per week | Min age 5, no max age |
| Women's Artistic Prep (AP) | 9 hours per week | Min age 5 - max age 9 |
| Coaches must take in to account all gymnastics clubs/activities the gymnasts do when calculating maximum hours (eg School gym) | ||
| Age is determined by what age the gymnast will be by 31st December in the year of competition | ||
